Abstract Orientation of elderly health cadre in giving holistic care to elderly Mohammad Ikhwan Khosasih, M.Kep Respondent email : ikhwankhosasih@gmail.com Elderly health cadres give holistic care to elderly who have decreasing ability to full fill their needs in biology,psychology,sociology and spiritual needs. Many kinds the education of elderly health cadres but they do not have basic education in nursing, so they need to trained regularly. The population is all the attendance of elderly health cadre in giving holistic care to elderly workshop, this research is using totaly sample, there are 34 respondents The result of this research to elderly health cadre in giving holistic care to elderly, the first rank is psychology needs 96 (56.4%) from the age side and the higher one is 60 (62.5%) from education side. Continued to biology needs 74 (43.5%) from age side and 76 (44.7%) from education side. Almost all the profession of the elderly health cadres are housewife 88.2% (30 respondents), they are becoming volunteer in elderly health cadre, so we as society and government need to give a highly appreciated to them.
